These terms apply when you use ddigger to prepare, save, or publish data.
Your data and account
You must have the right to submit and publish your data. Keep your account and API keys secure. Do not use ddigger to violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or service limits.
Published data
You control publication visibility and remain responsible for published content. Public datasets can be copied by anyone. Free public publications stay live; Free private publications expire under the plan terms shown in the product. Unpublish, visibility, and key-revocation changes can take up to 60 seconds to reach every edge location.
Paid service
Paid plans renew until canceled. Pricing and included limits are shown before checkout. The billing portal provides subscription management.
Service limits
We can suspend abusive or harmful use and change or discontinue the service. ddigger is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, ddigger is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
