Privacy

This notice explains the data ddigger processes to provide the service.

Data we process

We process account details, the projects and datasets you submit, publication settings, billing status, and service logs needed to operate and secure ddigger.

How we use data

We use this data to authenticate you, save and publish your data, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand product usage. We do not sell personal data.

Product analytics

We use a random 30-day browser identifier to connect steps such as viewing the landing page, trying the live demo, loading data, publishing, copying agent instructions, and starting checkout. We may record the product route, campaign labels, the referring site hostname, pseudonymous tenant and publication identifiers, the requested resource kind, and response status. We do not record demo questions, the referring page path, dataset row values, API keys, or contact details in product analytics. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not writing these events or setting the browser identifier.

Service providers

ddigger uses service providers for hosting, authentication, email, and billing. Public publications are available to anyone with their URL. Private publications are served only after a valid API key is presented.

Your choices

You can unpublish data and delete your account from the product. A deletion or access change can take up to 60 seconds to reach every edge location. Contact hello@ddigger.ai for privacy requests.
